Dan Fairbanks

Born in rural Wisconsin, Dan graduated in 1982 and served an apprenticeship in Metal Patternmaking. Owned and Managed several residential rental properties in and around Milwaukee WI. Bought a small Tool shop named Innovation Mold and Design, specializing in building plastic injection molds in 1998. Moved to a new building and grew sales to over $7.5m. Started a plastic injection molding business, Innovation Plastics LLP. In 2005 with a partner. Started Sharodan LLP specializing in Commercial Rentals in 2007. Dan Moved to Sundance 2012 and built The Bearlodge Mountain Resort in Sundance. In 2017, Started Commercial Property Management LLC. and built multi-tenant commercial buildings in Sundance.
Curt Williamson
Board Position: Committee Vice Chairman
Born and raised in western South Dakota, Curt with his family moved to Sundance in 1991 to start
Custom Auto & Truck, a local auto and truck repair business. In 1994 he purchased a local vehicle
salvage and towing company which he operated for several years. Curt and his family own and maintain
several local rental properties. Having been here for the last 28+ years supporting Sundance and
watching it grow, it is an honor to have been selected to serve on this board. Curt is a City of Sundance
and Crook County volunteer firefighter as well as local business owner who is dedicated to supporting
and helping the community of Sundance grow and prosper. Curt and his wife Melanie raised 6 children,
all of whom graduated from Sundance High School. Several of their children are involved in the family
business and reside and support the Sundance community
Sheryl Klocker
Board Position: Member
Hi my name is Sheryl Klocker, and I am blessed to have been selected by my peers as a member of the Sundance Economic Development Task Force and elected as their secretary/treasurer. I have lived in Sundance since I moved here as a teenager in 1977. I have watched this community grow and thrive and I am honored to have a part in this endeavor. My husband Denis and I have raised a fine family of three daughters, all of whom graduated from school right here in Sundance. We have successfully built two thriving businesses here and are proud to call this fine little community home for more than 35 years.
Andy Miller
Board Position: Member
Andy is President at Sundance State Bank . He is actively involved in both the Chamber and Main Street programs in Sundance, helping to promote economic development and a strong community. He has helped bring programs such as Small Business Saturday and Shop Small to Sundance.
A Wyoming native and graduate of Black Hills State University, he has a 18 year background in business banking and finance. Enjoying the outdoor opportunities, beautiful setting, and small town benefits Sundance has to offer, Andy and his wife moved their two children back to Sundance in 2015.
Brent Fowler
Board Position: Member
Brent Fowler moved to Sundance in the fall of 2013 after retiring from the oil field. He remembered this area from a hunting trip he made with a friend many years ago. Along with his wife Carolyn and two daughters, they have enjoyed living in Sundance. Hunting and fishing are two of his favorite past times. In December of 2019, he and his wife bought the hardware store. Now, if you ask him how he is doing, he will tell you, "I was retired. Now I'm just tired." Brent and Carolyn enjoy running the store and have enjoyed getting to know the people of Sundance better as their customers.
Stephanie Pribilske
Board Position: Secretary
Originally from Houston, TX, Steph moved to Sundance, WY in August 2015 to be
closer to family who migrated to Spearfish, SD. Steph is an Executive Staff Assistant at
Powder River Energy Corporation’s Sundance office. Since moving to Sundance,
Steph has been a part of local tourism and economic development in a variety of ways
and is a ambassador for the Black Hills.
Jeremy Holt
Board Position: Member
I was born and raised in Colorado. Grew up on a cattle ranch and large feed yard. Very active in 4-H and FFA. Moved to Northeast Wyoming to start a better life for his family. I have been a real estate agent for 8 years here. I recently started my own company, Holt Realty. My wife Aimee Holt is the Chief deputy clerk for Crook County. My son Jalen graduated from Sundance High School and is now a senior at University of Wyoming. My son Gaven graduated from Sundance high school and is now a foreman for a directional drilling company. My son Jordon is in junior high at Sundance high school.
